Yourchelsea Remodeling is a referral service. That is the whole job. We help homeowners find independent local providers for bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We are not a contractor, and we do not do the work.
Why We Exist
Starting a remodel can feel heavy. You search online and see pages of choices. Everyone sounds the same. It is easy to freeze.
We built Yourchelsea Remodeling for that moment. Our idea is simple: compare, then decide. You meet a provider, hear the plan, and see the estimate. Then you choose what feels right.
How Matching Works
You tell us about your project. It might be custom bathroom renovations, a tub-to-shower conversion, a walk-in shower, or a kitchen refresh. We then connect you with an independent provider in our network who works in your part of the Arlington Heights area.
You can ask for more than one estimate. Many people do. It helps you see how different approaches compare.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Listen to what you want before they pitch anything.
- Give clear, written estimates.
- Explain the steps, the materials, and the timeline.
- Answer your questions without pressure.
- Follow the licensing and permit rules that apply where you live.
You should always confirm a provider's license and insurance on your own. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
We do not build, tear out, or install anything. We do not set your price. We do not sign your contract. Your agreement is between you and the provider you choose.
We also do not promise a certain result, price, or schedule. Those come from the provider, in writing.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Yourchelsea Remodeling to be connected. Providers in our network may pay for referrals. This does not change what you owe for the work. It also does not mean you must hire anyone. You can say no at any time, with no obligation.
